We were raised with old world programming and conditioning.
This is all stored in our BODY and our HEART.

 
We were raised to need safety, security and comfort.
 
As women we had very specific roles that we were expected to follow:
Woman, daughter, wife and mother.

There were also so many expectations, rules, guidelines, programming and conditioning from society, our family and ourselves on how we should be and how things should be.

 
We experience many changes within our body and also our body is changing. 

Because of these changes, we can lose our feeling of comfort and safety.

Going through the midlife change requires change. It requires US to change to adjust to everything that is happening.
 
The world is also drastically changing which also threatens our safety, security and comfort.
This can all lead to more stress, anxiety, overwhelm and fear.

Because of all the distractions and things to worry about in the outside world, our focus tends to go more to our OUTSIDE of YOU than to US as a person.
 
The result is that you stop focusing on YOU!
You are busy reacting to life and all that is going on around you.
The WORLD is going through a TRANSFORMATION
and so ARE YOU!

How This Program Will Work
  • This program takes place in a private Facebook Group.
  • I will be doing a Facebook live video each week (which will be saved in group).
  • There will be a focus for each week (more on this listed below).
  • Mostly all trainings can be applied to your life and what you are working through. 
  • I will post some other video trainings that I have previously done - that apply specifically to "the food - way of eating", exercise, hormones, etc that I feel would assist the group.
  • I will be IN the Facebook group each and every day to answer your questions and doing some posting that I think will help you in your journey.
  • The information that is posted by me in the FB Group will be organized into sections so that you can easily find what you are looking for.
  • I will be doing a Q&A video 1x month to answer any of your specific questions and you can post those questions in the group at any time if you cannot make the LIVE video.
  • All videos I do live in the group, will remain there (they are saved once I do them).
